Role: Product Specialist

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the features, specifications, and applications of the company's future and surgical products.
• Provide training to healthcare professionals on the proper use, benefits, and techniques associated with sutures and surgical products.
• Conducting seminar- symposium product demo session.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to understand user needs and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical and product support during the sales process.
• Participate in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
• Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to management.
• Identify and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the surgical field.
• Make strong relations with KOL customers.
• Regular Field visits in assigned territory.
• Attending workshops and refresher courses in the sales and marketing team.
• Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Nursing.
• Skills Required: Healthcare product, Medical Devices Sales and Marketing, Pharmaceutical/ Medical Marketing.
• Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 years (s).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Healthcare Sector, Medical Devices Sales and Marketing.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 22 to 32 years.
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• In-depth knowledge of suture and surgical products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable.
