Role: Medical Scientific Liaison
Job Responsibilities:
- Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management by sharing updated scientific information like updated clinical trials, guidelines, etc., and build advocacy through these.
- Strengthen and build relationships with large medical organizations, including national/international cooperative groups, key research and educational institutions, hospitals, networks, and physician organizations to co-create new solutions for better patient management.
- Arrange Scientific meetings and workshops regularly as per the pre-alignment of internal strategies.
- Provide value-added scientific services to key opinion leaders upon their request, including retrieval of specific publications, support in poster presentations, etc.
- Help solve unsolicited scientific queries for any Novartis product or any related disease area.
- Prepare a presentation for the keynote speaker to focus on new products and specific disease-related topics, e.g., Novartis-sponsored seminars and symposia.
- Support different medical and commercial needs from time to time.
- Provide training to internal Novartis colleagues for product/disease areas or new trials/ guidelines.
- Exemplify and role model Novartis's values and behaviours in all aspects of the job.
Requirements:
- Graduation in MBBS/BDS. 1-2 years of experience will have an added advantage.
- Willing to travel frequently for business purposes.
- Result-driven, customer-oriented oriented, and keen to take challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Proactive, committed, and self-motivated.
- Good interpersonal skills and team player.
- Sound knowledge of computer applications.
