Role: Trainee Associate and Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

  • Finished Product Analysis, Stability Sample Analysis, and Analytical Sample Preparation.
  • Supporting the development of raw and packaging material sources. 
  • Ensuring compliance of all activities aligning with QM, QD, GOP, SOP, and official regulations.

Quality Operations:

  • Responsible for the overall management of GMP Documents and Records, including the Central Archive.
  • Coordinating functional training program.
  • Preparation of Product Quality Review report.
  • Contributing to performing Quality Oversight.
  • Supporting batch record review.
  • Performing GxP Document Review/Approval.
  • Ensuring compliance of all activities aligning with Novartis QM, QD, GOP, SOP, and official regulations.

Production: 

  • Responsible for effective shift management, management of raw material dispensing as per DOS, following and maintaining BMR, execute production plan.
  • Manufacture pharmaceutical products by aligning with the Production Manager in a cost-effective and compliant way.
  • Maintain relationships among stakeholders as applicable for overall Manufacturing operations.
  • Qualification and Calibration of manufacturing equipment.
  • Enforce cGMP practice, follow HSE guidelines, and prepare and maintain different relevant documents.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Applied Chemistry.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as adaptability.
  • Adequate proficiency in the lab and relevant computer applications with investigational report writing.
  • Physically fit to do analytical activities at a chemical laboratory.
