Role: Chief Technology Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technological strategy in alignment with Ollyo's business goals. Collaborate with other executive leaders to integrate tech decisions with company objectives.
• Team Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and expand the technology team, including recruitment, training, and development strategies to foster a high-performance culture.
• Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies and industry trends to incorporate into strategic planning. Drive innovation to maintain and expand our competitive advantage.
• Project Management: Oversee the successful execution of technology projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints while aligning with business objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify vulnerabilities within the current technology landscape and propose and implement security enhancements. Manage technology-related compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Process Optimization: Develop and refine processes that increase efficiency in software development and deployment, particularly as the organization scales.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a senior technological role with a track record of effective team leadership and strategic management. Experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a technology-driven organization is preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with expertise in AI, cloud computing, and software development.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing both small agile teams and scaling to larger teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and integrate company's visions into actionable, profitable plans.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on overcoming challenges through innovative solutions.
• Cultural Fit: A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment that aligns with Ollyo's core values and culture.

Job Location: Dhaka. 

Salary: 300,000 - 500,000 BDT.
