Job Responsibilities:

• Plan for office space finding and selection.
• Physically visit all over the country to find the best spaces for office set up.
• Collect all related data regarding office space and prepare presentations.
• Finalize office space booking/agreements.
• Source and develop good relationships with office setup related suppliers and complete office setup as per requirement.
• Conduct proper negotiation with the vendors and ensure purchases are done at the lowest possible costs.
• Proceed to obtain all necessary approvals from Management.
• Issue Work Orders.
• Ensure on-time product delivery/collection as per requirement.
• Prepare CAPEX and OPEX summary preparation regarding the regular purchase
• Conduct Payment Procedure.
• Conduct Documentation.
• Ensure after-sales service of the purchased products.

Education:

• Graduation/Post-graduation in Business/EEE

Experience Requirements:

• 4 to 5 Years of experience in procurement.
• Experience in the IT Industry will be highly preferred.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of business needs and expectations.
• Sound knowledge at MS Office Applications.
• Can work under pressure.
