Job Description:
- As a Marketing Lead - Private Label, you will be the key owner of our brand-building and execution vision; This role stands at the intersection of creative brand-building and data-driven marketing.
- Your role is to:
- Own brand building and buyer channels for all private label brands.
- Build a deep understanding of our buyer segments and help drive traffic on the platform accordingly.
- Own the entire digital funnel and key KPIs of 'conversion rate, 'add to cart','impressions' etc.
- Drive analysis to track performances, identify development opportunities, and act upon them to optimize growth.
- Work consistently with commercial teams to ensure that our marketing strategy is in line with revenue and profitability goals.
- Drive creative and exciting marketing campaigns that develop brand positioning, recall, and truly build a brand persona that inspires.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's/Master's Degree from a top-tier university.
- At least 4 years of working experience in a marketing role at a tech company, FMCG or ad agency.
- A strong network of industry connections in the marketing sector.
- A passion for getting your hands dirty and leading from the front.
- An entrepreneurial mentality and the ability to work independently.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, ROls and data.
- A strong analytical depth with a bias for execution.
- A Penchant for creative thinking and executing inspirational campaigns.
