Role: Marketing and Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Create engaging and persuasive ad copy, headlines, and visuals to maximize campaign performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Led the marketing team to create compelling campaigns across various channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, marketing, and sales.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, PPC advertising, social media, and email marketing.
• Experience in conducting market research and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the design and marketing industry is a plus.
