Role: Trainee Engineer

Job Responsibilities:     

• Assist in developing and optimizing rubber compounds for tire tubes to meet performance, durability, and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising on quality.
• Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
• Explore and evaluate the use of alternative raw materials in tire tube production.
• Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for tire tubes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Prior experience or internships in the tire or rubber industry will be an advantage.
