Job Responsibilities

• Develop effective marketing and sales campaign
• Market survey/Market research with field visits and finding out potential clients.
• Develop new clients and cooperate with existing clients to achieve monthly targets.
• To find new clients for selling Security guards.
• Attend meetings with prospective clients and ensure an increase in sales.
• Attend the call from existing clients and ensure solving the complaints and consulting with other departments.
• To maintain a record of all sales-related documents.
• Analyse and research to target the best clients and maximise reach.
• Communicate and develop a strong network with clients for maintaining long-term business relationships.
• Should have negotiating skills to convince potential clients.
• Follow company rules and regulations properly.
• A Self-starter fast thinker, and result-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Computer literacy on MS Office package (Minimum).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• BBA in marketing from reputed private or public universities will be preferred.

Additional Requirements: 

• Age at least 30 years.
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Applicants with experience in Security guard Service providing companies will be preferred.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable
