Role: Senior Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise all necessary work to run the depot effectively and efficiently.
•  Working on the overall distribution, logistics, warehousing, collection, maintenance, and store management systems of all Pharma depots.   
•  Prepare a well-planned and synchronized master schedule for in-house distribution activities in consultation with sales colleagues.
•  Make an efficient and effective delivery system through route planning for outdoor distribution activities in consultation with sales colleagues.
•   Ensure that any or all expenses for the branches are processed as per policy and with due diligence.
•   Provide training and guidance to employees at DIC to develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSA) to work efficiently and effectively. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor in any discipline. 
• Experience: At least 5 years.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies.

Additional Requirements: 

• Age at most 42 years.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
