Role: General Manager and Additional General Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, and implementing all departmental activities to smooth running of Product Development, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance operations.
- Ensure the specification of raw materials, packaging materials, and pharmaceuticals, food, health, and hygiene products.
- Implement the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and requirements of DGDA and ISO in the Factory.
- Ensure that the product meets the predetermined quality and safety standards to maintain the highest quality standards in our factory products as well as all contract and toll manufacturing sites.
- Manage market complaints and ensure corrective action to reduce product complaints.
- Implementation of Change control, Deviation control, and Risk analysis.
- Ensure in-time release or rejection of Incoming materials and Products.
- New product development and determine the shelf life of the products.
- Maintain and ensure System Applications and Products (SAP) in the QA operation.
- Monitor and ensure the vendor selection procedure.
Requirements:
- Master’s in Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Pharmacy.
- Experience: At least 15 years.
Additional Requirements:
- Age at most 50 years.
Job Location: Mymensingh (Bhaluka).
Salary: Negotiable.
