Role: AGM/Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish strong customer relationships and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Lead sales with industrial clients (B2B) and close the deal.
- To build up the rope with the management there. Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Ideal candidates will be highly self-motivated, sales-enabling initiatives, Corporate communication, documentation, and knowledgeable about commercial products/solar.
- Strong networking ability and the ability to constantly expand on your customer base.
- OpEx/CapEx model analysis for clients. Ability to prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities, visit potential customers for new business, negotiate the terms of an agreement, and close sales.
- Should be capable of identifying prospective new clients.
- Ability to prepare proposals and presentations for clients
- Effectively develop and manage a team of renewable energy professionals and work with sales teams.
Requirements:
- Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing.
- MBA from a reputed institution.
- B.Sc in Engineering (EEE) will be given preference.
- Experience Requirements: At least 8 years (s).
Additional Requirements:
- Age at least 35 years.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Experience in the corporate sales sector for at least 8 (eight) years, including highly preferred 3+ years of proven sales experience, especially in the automobile marketing sector or commercial/Flat developer marketing or generator/industrial heavy machine.
Job Location: Dhaka.
Salary: Negotiable.
