Solaris is hiring a Manager for the Rooftop Solar Project

Solaris is a group of renewable energy development companies, with its parent company in Singapore and a subsidiary in Bangladesh.

Role: Manager (Implementation and QC Engineer) 

Job Responsibilities:     

• As an implementation and QC engineer, I will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project to ensure that the quality is of a high standard.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Quality Assurance during project implementation.
• Preventive and Corrective maintenance with regular monitoring and inspection.
• Knowledge of Solar systems, PV panels, Inverter systems, grid-tied, grid-interactive, power conversion, DC cabling, Net Metering systems, etc.
• Quality checking of site work and inspecting project materials/Components.
• Scheduling and executing preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Ensure that all O&M activities performed at project sites comply with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) requirements and warranties.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Masters of Renewable Energy will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Requires 8+ years of progressive business experience in project management of complex projects.
• It will be an added advantage if you have a proven track record of solar project management experience, including CapEx and Opex models over 5 MW.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, self-motivated with demonstrated problem-solving capability. 
• Relevant industry experience in project management or construction management· 
• Advanced knowledge of technical standards and specifications for solar projects and solar rooftop systems.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Power.

Additional Requirements:

• Age at least 35 years.

Job Location: Dhaka.

Salary: Negotiable.
