Role: Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute business analytics and communicate it to sales forces.
- Visit various markets and monitor sales operations.
- Provide necessary support to sales forces to perform the job smoothly.
- Take initiatives for the improvement of sales activities.
- Propose and plan for market restructuring as per market potentiality.
- Assist in formulating and reviewing business policy, incentive policy, performance evaluation policy and promotion policy for sales forces.
- Assist in restricting geographical areas for defined markets, territories, and regions.
- Ensure achieving the sales target.
Requirements
- BBA Major in Marketing from Reputed Public and Private Universities.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years.
Additional Requirements:
- Age at most 28 years.
- Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must possess excellent planning and execution skills and strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well, conversant with MS Office.
- Be ready to travel frequently.
Job Location: Dhaka (Mohakhali).
Salary: Negotiable.
