Role: Executive (Marketing)

Job Responsibilities:     

• Making proposals for new products with its technical and market feasibility study.
• Planning and monitoring annual and monthly marketing budgets.
• Prepare text layout for all kinds of packaging materials, printed promo materials and advertisements that are related to products.
• Ensure profitability and sustainable growth of products.
• Formulating product-wise marketing strategies and overseeing ongoing product activities.
• Supervising all promotional campaigns.
• Strategic Consulting, including business plan and sales strategy development.
• Responsible for gathering and compiling market and competitors' data to define market size, market share, opportunities, and threats across all the company's product categories and markets.
• Identify market trends and their impact on business and new business opportunities.
• Identify and introduce new business opportunities and timely products through strategic planning.
• Project management Coordinate with different stakeholders to secure timely production, supply, and sales of products throughout the country.
• Conduct training programs for all field forces.

Requirements: 

• Graduation or post-graduation in Pharmacy.
• Candidates with one to two years of job experience in the pharma market will be preferred.
