Job Responsibilities:

• Finding Restaurants to onboard as a partner by visiting the field.
• Zone-wise, Restaurant listing and signing.
• Daily Meetings with potential clients and existing clients to build strong relationships.
• Provide App or merchant portal training to the merchant's Key account person.
• Food-related issues like late handover from restaurants, quality issues, quantity issues, food damage issues, and commission issues all have been taken care of by the Business Team.
• Sharing sales growth and arranging sales plans according to the sales volume.
• Follow-up dispatch panel to track which orders are getting delayed to get food.
• Collecting menu if needed to be updated at our side.
• Monitor from time to time other platforms to identify the new features if any available to include on our system.
• Visiting clients regarding cancellation solutions.
• Collecting deals and discounts as much as possible for the campaign.
• Planning deals calendarize, zone-wise, and execute those from time to time.
• Playing the role of key account manager for every restaurant zone-wise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Information Systems, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
• Skills Required: Business Development, Good communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Age at most 25 years.
• Relevant experience working in an online food delivery company will get preference.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Excellent communication skills.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary: 30000 BDT.
