Role: Jr. Executive and Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store activities, overseeing the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.
- Maintain all the stock records in the store- physical inventory and software inventory must always match. Receive material requisitions from all the sections with proper justification.
- Issue items by requisitions, ensuring accuracy and timely handover to individual sections. Implement and maintain a stock rotation system (FIFO) based on product shelf life or expiration dates.
- Prepare a daily stock report and submit it to the line manager.
- Keep track of the current stock level of all items and place purchase requisitions to the Supply Chain Department considering the lead time, minimum stock, and warehouse space.
- Remain present at the receiving point to verify material compliance with Purchase Orders (PO) and Quality Standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories (weekly/monthly) to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare reports on 'slow-moving' and 'non-moving' inventory; take measures accordingly.
- Maintaining liaison with the Production and Supply Chain Department; Keeping track of essential documents during material receipts, such as delivery challans, VAT challans, and invoices.
- Forward necessary documentation promptly to the Supply Chain Department. Any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.
Requirements:
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year(s).
- Experienced candidates from other disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
- Age at most 30 years.
- Professional Training or Certification in Store Management is Preferred.
Job Location: Dhaka (Uttara).
Salary: 25000 - 33000 BDT.
