Role: Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Diesel, Gas, Waste Heat Boiler, and Solar power generation systems.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance equipment lifespan.
• Optimize power generation processes to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and technologies to reduce operational costs.
• Conduct regular energy audits and recommend improvements to enhance overall power generation efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in power generation operations.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols for power generation equipment and personnel.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and certifications.
• Contribute to the factory's sustainability goals by promoting the use of renewable energy sources and green technologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to power generation and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the factory's energy efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience Requirements: At least 10 years (s).

Additional Requirements:

• Age at least 35 years.
• Relevant certifications in power generation and safety protocols will be an advantage.

Job Location: Habiganj.

Salary: Negotiable.
