Role: Senior Executive and Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Overseeing the operation and maintenance of vehicles and equipment
Responsible for workshop supervision
Respond to vehicle accident scenes to assess the situation, manage control measures, and evaluate damages.
Supervise the maintenance activities for all vehicles and machinery, such as Light vehicles, medium vehicles, Heavy vehicles, cranes, excavators, forklifts, wheel Loaders, etc.
Coordinate with supervisor, mechanic, Driver, and Helper for smooth maintenance of all vehicles.
Establish and maintain comprehensive records relating to repairs, servicing, fuel consumption, and spare parts usage.
Ensure the scheduled checks on vehicle and spare parts
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly stocks of spare parts, fuel, oil, and lubricants and ensure timely requisition to the SCM department for availability of stocks
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles both before and following repair procedures
Monitor and Maintain Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS)
Coordinate and optimize the work schedule, as well as efficiently distribute tasks among technicians, drivers, and operators
Provide furnished comprehensive monthly reports about transport maintenance, fuel consumption, vehicle safety, security, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor in any discipline from any reputed Institution.
Professional degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
Experience: At least 5 years.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobiles.
