Role: Territory Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare an action plan to achieve monthly sales targets of the territory.
• Assist in appointing new distributors and help weak distributors in developing sales.
• Communicate with distributors to ensure product availability, product lifting, and ensuring delivery of products to outlets.
• Visit outlets and distributors' warehouses within the respective territory periodically to reduce the damage.
• Supervise and monitor the Sales Representatives (SR) and Cycle Man (CM) to achieve their daily target.
• Train the Sales Representatives (SR) and Cycle Man (CM) regarding product knowledge and sales skill development.
• Monitor daily orders and deliveries through digital sales applications.
• Monitor the merchandising activities of the Sales Representatives (SR) and Cycle Man (CM) to ensure product visibility in the market.
• Focus on new customer development and retention of existing customers to achieve sales growth.
• Prepare the reports (e.g. secondary sales report, target vs. achievement, memo report, etc.) and submit them to the Regional Manager (RM) regularly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Skills Required: FMCG Sales and Marketing.
• Experience Requirements: At least 3 years (s).
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG).

Additional Requirements:

• Age at least 26 years.
• Candidates should be self-motivated, energetic, and hard-working.
• Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email communication”
• Should have a valid motorcycle driving license.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable.
