Role: National Consultant - AMR Advocacy campaign
Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to DGDA regarding the development of AMR advocacy and awareness campaign materials.

Provide support in conducting countrywide advocacy and awareness campaigns.

Design an advocacy campaign to raise awareness of the general public, healthcare professionals and medicines retailers on the rational use of Antimicrobials in collaboration with AMR cell, DGDA.

Develop a communication strategy for rational use of Antimicrobials.

Education:

Essential:
-
Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, communication, or related field from a reputed University
-
Postgraduate /Master’s degree in public health or relevant field.

Desirable: Specialized training on antimicrobial resistance containment. Training on mass communication or advocacy.

Experience:
-
Essential: At least 5 years of experience in AMR-related areas and/or public health advocacy.

Desirable:
-
Experience working with Government/development partner agencies.
-
Good knowledge of administrative and financial rules, processes, and procedures used by of WHO, UN, Government, and/or NGOs.
