Role: Senior Executive

Job Responsibilities:
●    Ensure the timely upload of SKUs and their variants within a 24-hour window—Day and night _ shift duty.
●    Conduct thorough formatting and basic checks on product titles, descriptions, weights, images, etc, to maintain accuracy.
●    Update SKU prices promptly by company pricing policies. 
●    Facilitate the onboarding process for suppliers/vendors in the system, ensuring a clear understanding of Terms of Liability (TL), National ID (NID), service agreements, and relevant banking details.
●    Create GPOs (Goods Purchase Orders) and POs (Purchase Orders) accurately.
●    Route products efficiently to the Mokam Distribution Center (MDC) and reconcile orders as needed.
●    Ensure timely payments to suppliers/vendors to maintain positive business relationships.
●    Demonstrate a solid understanding of VAT-exempted and non-VAT-exempted product categories.
●    Coordinate vehicle delivery logistics and manage VAT challan documentation effectively.
●    Understand commission structures for commodity products and manage unloading and Freight Management (FM) costs efficiently.
Requirements: 
●    Bachelor in any discipline. 
●    Experience: 1 to 2 years.
●    The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce.

Additional Requirements: 
●    Age 22 to 35 years.

Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh. 
Salary: Negotiable.
