Role: Process Engineer (Home Appliance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the installation and commissioning of equipment, machines, and manufacturing lines.
• Prepare the project feasibility analysis, project budget, project profile, and project execution plans.
• Designing and executing cost-effective modifications of manufacturing processes and equipment ensuring safety and reliability.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Researching and implementing opportunities to make processes more efficient.
• Designing and testing new equipment, processes, procedures, and systems.
• Prepare the process parameters, master sample of products, and Standard Operating procedure (SOP) of manufacturing lines.
• Inspecting the installations and observing the operation to ensure conformance to design and specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Evaluating the manufacturing processes and developing automated and semi-automated systems.
• Introduction of a smart material handling system in a manufacturing line.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng and Production, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 22 to 35 years.
• Previous experience in Manufacturing lines especially Extrusion processes, injection processes, and chemical processing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and tool design.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.
• Intensive knowledge of AUTOCAD, and MS Office.
• Teamwork skills and Project management skills.
• Decision-making and Problem-solving ability.
• Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations.

Job Location: Gazipur (Kaliakair).

Salary: Negotiable.
