Role: Warehouse In-charge
Job Responsibilities:
- Independently able to manage Inventory/Warehouse Software for RMG factory.
- Inventory Software as per Material Receiving Requisition (MRR) and Overall responsiveness of the Inventory Operations.
- Receive Materials as per Challan, Purchase Order/ Work Order, and other relevant documents.
- Check the quality and quantity of the received materials.
- Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out to the correct point of storage area.
- Prepare stock statements/reports on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis and submit them to the relevant Authority.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department, and accounts department for purchasing of material and bill clearance.
- Support Production and distribution team for on-time delivery of the materials as per invoice maintaining accountability.
- Ensuring the Security of the warehouse and keeping the warehouse clean, and organized.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Any Other work as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Master's degree in any discipline.
- Skill Required: Computer Skills, Garments Industry, Good Communication Skills, Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Experience Requirements: 5 to 7 years (s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 38 years.
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Experience in ERP and multiple Warehouse Software is an added advantage
- Good skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Internet browsing.
- Communication skills with workers and office.
- Good skills in speaking, listening, and writing in English.
- Hardworking, Smart, and Honest.
