Role: Project Coordinator - Securing Rights
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver multiple contracts related to informal and formal women workers’ empowerment.
- Promote alternative business practices and cultures and develop social and gender transformative models that commit to greater gender justice and women’s right to dignified work.
- Manage the project to tackle the socioeconomic barriers to women’s economic empowerment. The position holder’s work includes the broader areas of project management, business development, and evidence-based stakeholder influence to deliver the objectives of the interventions.

Requirements:
A confident, motivated, and self-organized feminist professional with a proven background of working in similar contexts who:
- Will take on multiple project implementation responsibilities along with budget management.
- Works corporately across the program team from a technical aspect and with the systems team limited to project management.
- Will have a high level of problem-solving skill to deliver projects within the agreed timeframe, given the context of many external constraints i.e. COVID-19, the shrinking landscape for CSOs etc.
