Role: Technical Specialist- Secondary Education (Child Bride to Bookworm project)
Job Responsibilities:
- Promoting Gender Equality, life skills and SRHR education in secondary schools to reduce dropout.
- Design, develop and customize different Training Manuals/Guidelines as well as instructional learning materials.
- Directly conduct and support partners to provide Training and capacity-building initiatives
- Communication, network, and advocacy.
- Documentation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Education, ECD or social science.
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar role, particularly in secondary education level in any development organization with demonstrated ability to build the capacity and mentoring of school and Partner.
