Actor Ahmed Rubel no more

Noted actor Ahmed Rubel passed away in the capital on Wednesday. He was 55.

He died of a heart attack around 6 pm, film director Nurul Alam Atiq confirmed the news to the media.

There was a special screening of the film 'Pyaar Subash' and Ahmed Rubel fell sick just before going to a movie theatre to attend the event.

Later, he was taken to a private hospital in the capital, where doctors declared him dead, said Atiq.
