Start by cutting a watermelon in half, scooping out the sweet flesh, and separating the seeds. Pour that into a blender and add a few cups of water. Add a few spoons of sugar syrup or honey to the mixture.

Blend for about 30 seconds and transfer the mixture to a glass. If your juice has seeds or is too pulpy, you can also use a strainer.

Serve with a few ice cubes, and enjoy yourself with a refreshing glass of watermelon juice. Add a pinch of black salt, lime, or mint for that tangy, fresh flavour. It is good for heart and digestion and has good quantity of vitamins and fibre.

Pineapple Juice

First, slice off the top and the bottom part of the pineapple. Then, cut the thick outer layer and chop it into chunks. Pour the chunks into a blender, adding water and sugar (if needed). Blend until the texture is smooth and less pulpy.

Transfer the mixture into the strainer and extract all the juice. Serve the juice over ice and garnish with pineapple chunks, mint, or a sprinkle of pepper. Rich in Vitamin C, it helps with inflammation and has a high content of fibre and antioxidants.
