Goodbye to skinny jeans, bootcut is the new trend

Jeans are always in trend. Everyone likes to wear jeans as they're comfortable and fashionable. Due to this, they have significantly evolved, giving rise to various jeans that are now available.

We have seen and tried the variation from boyfriend jeans to mom jeans, from thin jeans to flared ones. In addition to the traditional colours of blue and black, many other colours have been tried on these pants. The most significant aspect is that they are always fantastic.

Currently, casual and voluminous designs are replacing elegant ones in denim fashions. Among the other types of jeans, the skinny one is nearly dead now.

Mostly in flared cut, the 'reduced' leg of bootcut jeans is barely noticeable. They are unique because of the minimal volumes, just enough to highlight the flared cut without going to extremes.

Bootcut jeans are again in style and can be identified by the classic balance of shapes: banded hips and a waist that opens into a barely visible bell. Their unique feature is the denim canvas, which provides a close fit on the thighs and waist when combined with a small amount of elasticity.

Bootcut jeans are the perfect companions if you're seeking denim that lengthens the legs and slims the form because of features that aren't just useful.

Rediscovering 2000s fashion

The styles are a not-so-nostalgic tribute to the early 2000s—a comeback that seems second only to skinny jeans in popularity. These outfits will create lively discussion, dividing the public's opinion among those who can't wait to wear them again and those who are against the trend in favour of the baggy or palazzo. Yet, many people haven't stopped wearing them as they know their main features and are willing to follow the style of modern icons.

The latest bootcut jeans to look trendy for 2023

Initially out of fashion, mommy jeans gradually gained popularity among women of all ages. With the millennial trends in mind, the new boot-cut jeans are tapering rather than the original boot-cut versions.

The fit is superb up to the knees, where they gently open out your calf muscles. They are also available in a cropped style and reach barely above your shins. All body types can wear these because they adapt to your body shape and fit well.

This pair is perfect for women with curves. Designers brought them with an emphasis on specific models: low or medium waist, in stretch denim to open below the knee.

Many variants have a stone-washed finish that fades down the legs, experimenting with various denim colours. Although not all brands have chosen to emphasise the faded effect, some have just enhanced the blue jeans with a bootcut style.
