A total of 154 people, including children, fell victim to human trafficking in January and February this year across the country.
Of them, 60 are males, 44 females and 50 children, according to a data of Bangladesh Police.
Law enforcement agencies also recovered 142 people, including 43 children, during the period and some 83 cases were filed for human trafficking in the two months.
The data added that 247 people were arrested in connection with the human trafficking.
