Police arrested 20 people including six drug traders, 13 wanted accused and an accused in regular case from different areas of Habiganj district in last 12-hour ending at 9:00 am on Thursday morning.
Police also seized 500 pieces of yaba tablets and one kilogram of cannabis during the drives.
Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP-Media) Nazim Uddin said, they were picked up from different areas of the district on different charges, BSS reported.
Several cases, including charges of subversive activities, are pending with different police stations against the arrestees, the sources added.
The arrestees were then sent to jail.
