A total of 4,480 hajjis returned home on Wednesday after performing holy Hajj in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Of the returnees, 419 pilgrims performed Hajj under government management while 3,989 were under private management, according to the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Until Tuesday, a total of 22 Bangladeshi Hajj pilgrims have died during this Hajj.
The first return flight was operated by Biman Bangladesh Airlines that carried 419 pilgrims. On the other hand, 1,557 hajjis came back to the country by four Saudi Airlines return flights while 2,432 returned aboard six Flynas flights.
