The partnership between the two organisations began on May 25, 2015, with the signing of a two-year MoU. A second MoU for two years and four months was signed on June 5, 2017, followed by a third for three years on October 7, 2019, and a fourth for three years on September 28, 2022.
Continuing this cooperation, the fifth MoU has now been signed for a five-year term, effective from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030.
