The Appellate Division, led by Chief Justice Obaidul Hasan, passed the order on Monday after holding a hearing on an application over the issue. Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokon stood for Aman.

On March 30, Amanullah Aman applied to the court to go abroad for treatment. The Appellate Division fixed today (Monday) for hearing the application.

According to the order, the BNP leader will have to return to Dhaka within one month and inform the concerned court after receiving treatment in Singapore. It should be done by June 10.

He was granted the bail on the condition that he has to take prior permission from the court if he wants to go abroad.
