A court has issued an arrest warrant against popular content creator Iftekhar Rafsan alias Rafsan The ChotoBhai for marketing unauthorised electrotyle drink ‘BLU’ .

Judge of the Pure Food Court Alaul Akbar passed the order on Thursday.
