A worker, who sustained burn injuries in a boiler explosion at a factory in Ashulia of Savar, died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) on Tuesday morning.
The deceased was identified as Faisal, 23, son of Kamal Khandaker, resident of Chandkathi area in Bauphal upazila, and a worker of 'Fortune Zipper Limited Factory' in Aukpara area of Ashulia, reports UNB.
DMCH sources said that Faisal received 80 per cent burn injuries when the boiler of the factory exploded on Monday evening.
Later, he was admitted at the burn unit of the hospital.
