The health ministry on Tuesday received a fresh consignment of anti-dengue emergency supplies, including testing kits, from the Chinese embassy in Dhaka.
The Chinese ambassador Yao Wen to Bangladesh handed over the supplies to Health and Family Welfare Minister Zahid Maleque in a ceremony at the secretariat.
Health Services Division Secretary Md Jahangir Alam, Directorate General of Health Services Director General Prof Dr ABM Khurshid Alam and officials of the Embassy of China in Dhaka were present in the ceremony, said a media release.
