Biman Bangladesh Airlines, the national flag carrier of the country, has been operating its flights avoiding the Pakistani airspace amid the hostilities between Pakistan and India.
In light of the current situation, the national flag carrier has rescheduled its flights to Toronto, Rome, and London.
The revised schedules will remain effective from May 9 to May 31, the national flag carrier said in an official announcement on Friday.
The changes have been made as part of operational adjustments necessitated by the temporary closure of Pakistani airspace for aircrafts, according to a Biman official.
As per the updated flight schedules Dhaka-Toronto flight BG305/306 will depart from Dhaka at 3.00 am instead of 3.45 am and the departing time from Toronto will remain unchanged.
Dhaka-London flight BG201/202 will depart from Dhaka at 7:00 am instead of 7.40 am (advanced by 40 minutes) and the departing time from London will remain unchanged.
Dhaka-London flight on Thursdays only will depart from Dhaka at 8:10 am instead of 8.50 am.
Dhaka-Rome flight BG355/356 will depart from Dhaka at 10:45 instead of 11.30 am (advanced by 45 minutes) and departure time from Rome will remain unchanged.
