BNP to launch cleaning drive at July 36 Expressway (300-feet) on Friday morning

Dhaka Metropolitan North unit of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) will conduct a voluntary clean-up drive tomorrow morning to remove waste generated following the massive public gathering held to mark the ‘historic homecoming’ of BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman.

BNP Media Cell Convener Professor Dr. Moudud Hossain Alamgir Pavel disclosed the information to the media on Friday.

The cleaning operation will cover the July 36 Expressway (300-feet road), Airport Road and adjoining areas of the capital where people thronged today to welcome Tarique Rahman.

Prof. Pavel said leaders and activists of Dhaka Metropolitan North BNP will participate in the drive as part of their voluntary service to restore cleanliness and ensure smooth traffic movement in the areas.
