A passenger bus of Hanif Paribahan was stolen from the Gaibandha bus terminal on Thursday.
The incident occurred around 4:00 am, as per media reports.
Gaibandha District Bus, Minibus, and Microbus Workers Union President Ashraful Islam Badshah confirmed the information to the journalists.
He said that the bus was kept at the Gaibandha central bus terminal as usual. The bus was supposed to leave for Dhaka around 7:00 am. Someone stole the bus early in the morning.
Rashed Mia, manager of Gaibandha of Hanif Paribahan, filed a general diary at the Sadar police station regarding the theft of the bus.
