Bus set on fire in Dhaka’s Pallabi; no casualties

Unidentified miscreants set fire to a Bihanga Paribahan bus in Dhaka’s Pallabi area around 8pm on Saturday, according to local media reports. No casualties were reported.

The bus was parked on Ceramic Road when it was set ablaze. Fire service officials said firefighters arrived promptly and extinguished the fire.

Police said they are reviewing CCTV footage from the area and are treating the incident as a suspected act of sabotage.
