A group of unidentified attackers set fire to a passenger bus in Bijoynagar area of Dhaka on Thursday, the last day of a two-day nationwide blockade enforced by the BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami.
The bus came under the attack at the Nightingale intersection of the area at 12:53 pm on Thursday, confirmed Talha Bin Zashim, station officer of the Fire Service and Civil Defence (media cell), report agencies.
Two units of Siddique Bazar Fire Station went to the spot to douse the fire.
