Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus is heading to Switzerland on a four-day visit to attend the World Economic Forum (WEF) conference
Dr Yunus departed at 1:00 am on Tuesday and is scheduled to arrive in Zurich by 5:25 pm (Bangladesh time), said Abul Kalam Azad Majumder, deputy press secretary to the chief adviser, according to local media reports.
During the visit, the chief adviser will engage in discussions with the heads of state of four countries. These include Germany's Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Finland's President Alexander Stubb, Belgium's King Philippe, and Thailand's Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra.
