The Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has decided to continue regular classes during this year's Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent exams.
The education board gave the direction to all exam centre officials through a letter on Tuesday,
Classes usually remain closed in educational institutions that are used as centres during the examination days. But this year, the education board has given the instructions to continue the classes even on exam day.
The letter stated that the HSC exams for 2024 will begin on June 30. For institutions where both schools and colleges coexist, classes from sixth to tenth grades will continue on exam days after the examination, and for days without exams, regular classes are to be held.
