A trolley driver was killed as a passenger bus smashed his trolley in Barguna on Thursday.
The dead man was Babul Hossain aged 32, a resident of Chalkmaiya village under Kalapara upazila.
According to Officer-in-Charge of Amtoli Thana Alauddin Milon, the accident took place in Amtoli upazila of the district infront of Amtoli Hospital at around 1:30 pm.
Driver Babul died on the spot, BSS reported.
Police seized the bus. The body was sent to Barguna General Hospital for autopsy.
