Chattogram-Cox’s Bazar special train to resume operations on June 12

The special train service, which was suspended temporarily due to a shortage of engines, loco masters and manpower, will resume operations on the Chattogram-Cox's Bazar route from June 12.

Golam Rabbani, station master of Cox's Bazar Railway Station, said the special train will continue operations for one week after resumption on June 12.

After that, the train will be operated following Bangladesh Railway’s further instructions, he said.

The train service on Chattogram-Cox's Bazar route was launched on last on April 8. The service was initially set to end on June 10. But it continued operations till May 29.
