Brahmanbaria police have declared bounty of Tk 200,000 for information to arrest the killers of district's Nabinagar upazila Awami League leader Swapna Akhter.
Additional Police Superintendent of the district (Nabinagar Circle) Chittaranjan Pal announced the bounty after visiting the victim's house.
Meanwhile, police have managed to arrest three of the suspects while no significant advancement was visible in investigation after 11 days into the gruesome murder.
On November 22, Swapna Akhter was killed in an attack by miscreants while she was returning home at Charpara village by a CNG-run auto-rickshaw after attending a party programme.
