Police and members of the Department of Narcotics Control (DNC) detained 22 people including four drug traders, 10 wanted accused and eight accused in regular cases from different areas of Habiganj district in last 12-hour ending at 9 am Friday morning.
Additional Superintendent of Police ASM Shamsur Rahman Bhuiyan said, they were picked up from different areas of the district on different charges.
Several cases, including charges of subversive activities, are pending with different police stations against the arrestees, the sources added.
The arrested were sent to jail, BSS reported.
