Evaly’s Rassel, Shamima sentenced to one year in jail

Evaly’s Chief Executive Officer Mohammad Rassel and his wife, Evaly Chairman Shamima Nasrin, were sentenced to one year in jail in a cheque dishonour case.

Joint District and Sessions Judge of Chattogram Md. Mohiuddin handed down the imprisonment in the case filed in 2021 by a customer of the scam-tainted e-commerce platform.
