No trace yet of missing NSU teacher

Police are yet to trace North South University (NSU) teacher Dr Mobashwer Hossain who went missing on Tuesday.

Anwar Hossain, Deputy Commissioner (Motijheel Division) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police, on Thursday said although they are yet to find out Dr Mobashwer Hossain but progress has been made in the investigation.

Law enforcers are trying their best to find out the teacher, he said.

A UNB report said Motahar Hossain, father of Dr Mobashwer Hossain, an assistant professor of the Faculty of Social Science of the university, filed a general diary with Khilgaon Police Station in connection with his missing.

According to the GD, Dr Mobashwe, did not return home since he left his house on Tuesday morning for the university.
